Client Account

MK Law, LLC provides its clients and potential clients the ability to create a Client Account and access certain attorney-client communications with out office and client documents through a secure personal home page. To use a Client Account, you must register on by entering certain personal information and request a username. Creating a Client Account does not, in and of itself, establish an attorney-client relationship with MK Law, LLC.

Any information received by MK Law, LLC through the registration process is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or otherwise disclose to third parties any personal information that you provide through, except as may be required by law or in response to an investigation by law enforcement or other government authorities.

By establishing a client Account, you acknowledge and agree that in connection with your request for a Client Account, and your use of your Client Account, that you have read and agree to this Terms and Conditions of Use related to, including use of your Client Account, you have read and understand the security processes that we maintain, and that there are always risks inherent with the transmission, storage, viewing and retrieval of data and files over the internet, including through You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your username and password and for any consequences that arise out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify our office of any unauthorized use of a breach in security of your Client Account. Your right to use your Client Account is personal to you, is for your personal and individual use, and you will not permit others to use it. MK Law, LLC reserves the right to suspend, revoke or terminate your use of and/or your Client Account at any time without notice to you.

Scope of Legal Services

An attorney-client relationship with prospective clients is established only after an attorney of MK Law, LLC has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter. may decline to provide legal service if a conflict of interest is discovered. The scope of legal services to be performed by an attorney of MK Law, LLC will be expressly agreed upon in writing by you before any legal services are performed, and do not include any services that have been expressly excluded or are otherwise outside the score of the written agreement.

Client Funds

No fee will be charged or obligation incurred by registering on our online Client Portal. In some situations, a client's funds will not be transferred to MK Law, LLC until the legal services requested by the client are ready to be accessed and received by the client on their personal login page. However, most requested services require the upfront payment of the agreed upon fee before MK Law, LLC will begin work. After the client's payment of the agreed upon price is confirmed through a Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processor or ACH transfer, if online, the client will have complete access to the legal advice, documents, research or other services to be provided by the attorney. If further communication with the attorney is required, the client may post a separate question regarding the received legal services or request a price quote for additional legal work.

Termination of Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship with prospective clients is established only after an attorney of MK Law, LLC has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter. Once an attorney-client relationship is established in writing, the client has the right to terminate the relationship with or without cause at any time. If the client decides to terminate the attorney-client relationship, the client will only be obligated to pay for the services performed up until the date the cancellation was communicated to our office. Any outstanding funds for services not performed will be refunded to the client within fourteen (14) business days.


Transactions communicated through our office and your Client Account are conducted over Secure HTTP, which provides you with the highest industry standard protection available on the web. All payments are processed by Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processors, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey and its state and federal courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any service provided by MK Law, LLC or through Each individual registering on this website consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts of New Jersey for any such matter as described herein and waives the defense of forum non conveniens.


The rights and obligations created for you under this Agreement may not be assigned to any other person or entity.


In the event that one or more of the provisions herein shall be deemed unenforceable, illegal or invalid by a court of law, it shall not affect or invalidate any other provision herein and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as if the provision found unenforceable, illegal or invalid was never contained in the Terms and Conditions, or the, alternatively, such provision will be amended and reformed to be made enforceable, legal and valid.

Modification of These Terms

MK Law, LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which is offered. By using or sending our office any personal information, you agree to this policy and will be deemed bound to this policy in effect as of the date of such use.
